Voice Description

I can manipulate my voice to sound deep and warm, but also lighter and fun to cover any type of recording whether it is formal presentations, thoughtful narrations or fun commercials. I am vocally trained through phoetics so I can achieve good resonance and projection which allows room for a lot of variety and colour in my voice projects.

my own accent is Std Irish with a hint of northern Irish which is quite neutral but can be made stronger. I can also do a northern Irish, Dublin, midlands. Apart from Ireland I am also very good at Standard English, Std American, Southern American, Australian and Cockney. I am able and have performed many characterisations like the crazy woman, a child, a Spanish martyr, queen of fairy land, a parrot, an old lady and many more.

My Voice Experience

My Training

I completed four years in a theatre performance course in Dublin Ireland. I received Fetac qualifications in mime, video skills,performance, voice skills, theatre history, communications acting technique, work experience in a shakespeare production in which i played Titania queen of the Fairies from a midsummer night's dream.
I've recieved seven distinctions and two merits in my exams. I also completed and passed my solo acting diploma with 79%
In voice class I Learned all the above accents through phonetics and was always particularly good at picking them up. Derek Chapman taught me. We learned voice through movement in a form called butoh. I can project my voice and analyse scripts very well. I am currently studying for my associate diploma and will next year achieve my licentiate in Drama.
