My Training

Studied with Mr. Warren B. Meyers, former President and CEO of TeleTalent International, America's first phone patch voice-over production service. Mr. Meyers has over 25 years industry experience, having directed over 15,000 voice over sessions and hired the actors to record them. He has directed talent in sessions ranging from national and local radio and TV spots, to narrations, promos, books on tape and interactive CD-ROMS.

Valerie is also a working actor who has trained in The Actor's Room advanced workshop for television and film with Steven G. Lowe of Last Chance Productions. She is currently performing monthly with ImprovCity, live competition format improv comedy.

Valerie has 25 years experience in marketing and business strategy, including a Vice President of Marketing position for a $16 Billion dollar enterprise. She currently does marketing consulting for the Research and strategy firm, Connell & Associates, and teaches undergraduate and graduate degree level marketing at University of CA, Irvine. She holds an honors MBA from Syracuse University in New York.

Valerie also founded The Heart of Living Vibrantly in 2010. Through this company, she coaches people to dissolve the emotional junk-in-the-trunk and claim a vibrant life.
