My Voice Experience

In the mid-1990s, I worked in the Chicago radio market -- including auto dealership ads with ad exec Doug Ekman of the famous "Max Madsen Mitsubishi" campaigns. I've voiced numerous voicemail systems and narrated in-house video productions for law firms.

My Training

I trained with the great Chicago voiceover, coach and producer Kirk Johnson, Sr., owner of the well-known Audio One production house.

Not only did I study for years with Kirk, I also helped to edit the first edition of his book, "Beyond the Words," a leading text for voice actors that illustrates Kirk's revolutionary method for creating magical audience experiences through voice acting.

In addition to voice acting, I worked in live theater in Chicago for ten years, announcing, producing improvisational theatre and performing music for the celebrated ComedySportz and The Free Assocates theatre companies.
