My Voice Experience

I speak on the telephone all day for my work and must be pleasant sounding and enthusiatic. I have been told I sound much younger then I am and appeal to every age group. I have been the voice for TWA reservations years ago when it was one of five major carriers. I was the voice giving information while someone waited for a live person to take their call. I have been an operator for AT&T handling overseas calls all over the world.I have worked in sales and collection and being successful using only my voice as a persuasive tool.
