My Voice Experience

I'm a travel agent and have had a lot of phone
experience. I have a diverse audience and am able to pick up on the various accents when talking to my clients. To be a reservations agent you must have a clear speaking voice, be compassionate in emergencies and be convincing to your customer.

My Training

Travel agent phone training on speaking clearly and pronouncing your words correctly. Had vocal training for music (choir) years ago. Learning to project your voice from your diaphram.

I talk a lot for my job as a travel agent for the federal government. I'm on the phone constantly and speaking to people from various backgrounds.
