I can do a wide range of English dialects. Midwestern, Southern, "valley girl" and "hood/urban". As far as tones, I can do any emotion or sound - upbeat, soothing, sexy, authoritative, casual, silly. I can do many ages from small child to senior. I can read fluently in French. I can also sing as well as rap. I can adapt to do character voices as well.

My Voice Experience

I have not done any professional voice over work yet although I have been in a local clothing store commercial and a nationwide Coca Cola commercial. I had speaking parts in both ads. I have done some volunteer radio work and recorded background vocals for Eminem, D-12, Slum Village and Raysee Biggs. I have also recorded lead vocals for several song writer demos. I have also done on hold and automated phone system recordings for four companies. I am currently performing a lead role in a production of "Once on This Island" which requires me to do a Carribean accent.

My Training

I have taken vocal training from Suzi Marks. I have a lot of experience in theater, music, and currently work for a talent agency that represents on air news talent so I have daily exposure to vocal coaching.

Additional Skills

I have been exposed and involved in the performing arts as well as media since I was a small child. My sister holds a degree in Communications and worked as an instuctor for Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts for years. She has shared her vast knowledge in the field with me. I also work for a talent agency where we critique Broadcast clients on a daily basis. I have done commercials, been on local radio, and performed in many venues.
