My Voice Experience

Television and some Radio spots. I have done Voices for a Christian Rap Group. A talent show at a Church camp where I was the guy in between the main acts. I did Character voices and Skits showing different things I could do voacally, Also did a breif history of how sound effects were done in the old days.
Those are some of the major things I have done. I have done a lot of on air and public speaking for Mesa County Partners, here in Grand Junction, CO. I have also done a couple of sermons behind the pulpit.
The rest of what I have done has been for family, friends, and little kids. I did Buzz Light year and Woody for a Nephew of a close friend. Those were his favorite characters so another friend and myself acted out complete with voices and songs. I have done all the characters from Jungle Book and all their songs as well. My experiance is about helping other people, either making be able to smile and laugh or relieving a special moment that brings a tear to their eye. I just want to expand my audience. I want to expand my experience so I too can grow

My Training

I have no formal training; only the few plays I have been in for church. A few class comercials I have produced. Lots of speech classes and Bible Classes attended. I went to College to be a Youth Minister and a elementary education teacher. I have done radio spots and Television interviews for a youth service I worked for, Radio spots for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Additional Skills

Most of my life consists of Football, Family, God, and Music. As a kid I was teased and told I would never amount to anything. I used humor to combat the negativity. God has given me the ability to immitate many sounds which I have tried to use to entertain people. Most of all it is part of my make up, it is what I do everyday.
I intend to use this gift to reach out. I try to motivate kids to never give up no matter what life deals them. I have had an interesting life of ups and downs. This would give me a new chapter and tool to use in the helping of children to never give up.
