California, surfer/stoner voice dude! Highly energetic and quick paced infomercial voice. And of course, my natural, young male voice.

My Voice Experience

I am a Stand Up Comedian and through my impassioned and diverse set of performances, I realized I had an arsenal of voices available to me at just the twitch of my tongue! My acts had a myriad of characters incorporated in them, and they literally came to life on stage!

My ability to produce a plethora of different voices took shape during a job in College. This job required me to make a hundred calls a day to University Alumni in an effort to solicity money for a fund. After the first few hours, my comedic and devious mind took over and I proceeded to make these calls using a different voice each time to see if one character or voice type, had a more favorable impact on the recipients than another. So, over time I developed a system. "Older, sophisticated and well spoken Gentlemen" voice was used on Alumni such as Lawyers and Doctors. "Nerdy but Nice" voice was used on Alumni that worked in a specialized field of science. "Slow, soothing, and Guile" was used on the Alumni that found themselves to be housewifes seeking attention and entertainment!

That's how it all began.

I now have a comprehensive DVD Reel that showcases my voice ability in the form of Audio skits, Audio sketches and podcasts. I wrote all scripts and copy material and voiced every single character - which at times is very hard to believe!

I take much pride in communicating clearly and succintly. I like to be percieved as intelligent and expressive through the way I articulate and utilize my personality. Furthermore, I think when Personality, Emotion, Cognition and Physical expression combine, that synergy creates the perfect conduit for delivering an exceptional Spot!

My specialty is comedy and character voices. I embrace any opportunity for improvisation as sometimes that method can produce some one-of-a-kind results!

I studied argumentation, persuasion and several other facets of communication so I have a unique set of tools that translate perfectly to Voice Over. I could also be a positive and hands-on member of a group and love the opportunities to take direction or input from a Director. Bouncing around ideas and brainstorming with others constructively is a practice that I thrive in and certainly believe is a great recipe for creating brilliant projects!

I am a proficient user of GarageBand 5.1 and can export projects to a disc, youtube, or file that can be emailed. I record with a Blue Snowball Cardioid Microphone.
