Voice Description

As a singer, I have a three-octave vocal range and my speaking voice mirrors that. I can have a smooth (like peanut butter!), professional voice or a whiny child's voice or deliver an Southern, British, Indian or mimic most accent I hear. I have an excellent ear for both music and speech patterns.

My Voice Experience

I am a professional speaker, having travelled all over North American to deliver programs such as improving motivation and increasing communication abilities. I am a member of ToastMasters International.

I've also had the joy of playing everything from a wicked stepmother on stage to a police detective on film. I've sung with the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) Band and in my shower too!

I'm new to the voice over world but it has always been a dream of mine! Help me make my dream (and experience) a reality.

My Training

I trained with a vocal coach as a child, sung with choir directors galore, had the privilege to work with the leader of the aforementioned RCMP Band and have worked my way up to an ATM-Bronze in Toastmasters. I also have a degree in Journalism (BJ-hons, 1986; Carleton University, Ottawa).

All of my training has been begging me to specialize in voice over work!
