My Voice Experience

Every job I every had was over the telephone including customer service rep, insurance agent, and chat line operator. On the chat line up to eight callers could chat at once, As an operator I had to engage the callers not only with interesting banter, but I also had to sound friendly but professional; quirky but knowledgeable, upbeat and warm. My voice needed to be pleasant enough to retain callers (keep people on the line)and keep them happy.

My Training

I have the gift of gab, and I have been training and preparing for this opportunity all of my life. Not only has all of my previous work experience involved engaging people in conversation, but also I had the opportunity to speak and teach bi-weekly at a mega baptist church. Talking, conveying ideas, and telling stories are second to me.
