My English Essex roots and experience of working throughout the world give my voice range, resonance and versatility. Directors have complimented my accuracy and fluency in sight-reading, and my ability to respond quickly and effectively to direction, thus making the most of precious studio time. I bring bags of confidence, professionalism, warmth and a breadth of experience.

I have also spent many years working as a successful facilitator, trainer, teacher and public speaker, using my voice to great effect in motivating and leading groups.

I have used my voice to great effect as a teacher, trainer, facilitator and presenter in many countries in Africa and Asia, as well as Europe. I have had to lead and manage people as a teacher, police officer and senior manager leading people responding to post conflict and natural disaster situations. I have built my voiceover career on these experiences, which have helped me understand how to project, use a range of tone and articulation, and see the power of the voice!
