My Voice Experience

Most recently, I have been the voice talent for several industrial and educational spots for clients such as Lockheed Federal Credit Union, H&R Block, St. Annes, and the Small Business Administration.

I have experience as a stage actor in dramatic and comedic plays, several musical comedies, and have thousands of hours of stage time as a musician.

My Training

I am a graduate of Video Symphony Institute of Post Production where I have also been an instructor in audio engineering and a Digidesign Certified Pro Tools Operator for both post and music.

I am also a graduate of the long defunct "Los Angeles Broadcasters" and a singer with over 20 years experience on stage and in studio. I have also taken a variety of acting, voice , and music workshops and lessons.

My Studio Equipment

I have a complete, Pro Tools HD based recording studio with JBL monitoring. I have a wide variety of professional, studio quality microphones including models from AKG, Sennheiser, Shure, and others.

I have a selection of outboard gear including microphone preamps, compressors, and more from DBX, Universal Audio, Tascam, Neve, Avalon, and others.

For editing, mixing, and audio post production I have Pro Tools 7.4, Logic Pro 8, a wide variety of plug-ins and large sound effects and music libraries. I complete projects from a single VO track with a music bed to an entire independent feature film edit and mix.

Additional Skills

I can sing, play a variety of instruments, and am a trained and experienced recording engineer and producer.

I am also an excellent dialog, sound effects, music editor, and re-recording mixer and have edited and/or mixed sound for several features, shorts, and spots during the past year.

I can walk, talk, and chew gum at the same time and am a decent juggler with bags, balls, or rings but nearly knocked myself unconscious while trying to juggle pins.

I have an active imagination and a sense of humor.
