Voice Description

I truly believe that I can do any tone, mood or emotion that enyone oculd need. From happy to angry, sexy to dry and dull, sarcastic to serious, I am able to put any inflection into my voice. I've done both spot reads and news reads and have been complimented on both.

English is my primary language, but I speak a small amount of Spanish and I'm able to pronounce my Spanish words with near-authenticity.

Character voices are my strongsuit. If you tell me the basic characteristics you need in a character I'll be able to voice it out. But I'm able to do several accents, such as Scottish, Irish and southern USA, and I ahve some good impersonations too. I've been complimented on my Darth Vader and my Randy "Macho Man" Savage to name a couple. I can do a small amout of animal noises (monkey, bird).

My Voice Experience

I'm fresh out of school, just having graduated with a degree in Radio Broadcasting, so I don't really have a portfolio yet. But the Radio department at my school are in agreement that I'm the top talent in the graduating class.

One of the best compliments I've received is "Who is that doing the voice?" This may seem odd, but I was happy to hear that question because it meant that I am able to change my voice noticably for different toned reads. To be unrecognizable to a close friend made me realize that my talents are maturing nicely.

My Training

I just recently graduated from The Art Institute of New England in Brookline, MA with a BS in Radio Broadcasting. As part of this course of study, writing and reading copy is stressed heavily.

Additional Skills
