I can make my voice warm and deep,fun, or smooth and professional.For characters I can make my voice high pitched, raspy,or generally "cartoonish".

My Voice Experience

During my high school days I acted in a number of plays. I had both dramatic and musical roles.I have worked briefly as a radio announcer and been a substitute for a local radio program a few times. In addition, I pastored a church for a number of years giving me a lot of public speaking experience. I am confident that I can effectively do voiceovers,voice mail greetings, messages on hold, voice over recordings, and voice acting.

My Training

During my high school days I had singing parts in "Carousel" and "Annie Get Your Gun" as well as a couple of dramatic roles in other plays. I learned how to project my voice to be heard in the back of a 1600 seat auditiorium that had no sound system.I have narrated slide-tape presentations to meet one of the requirements of an educational media course took years ago as well as for a special program at the church I once pastored.
I am a member of my church choir and often sing as a member of small groups and ensembles.

My Studio Equipment

I use a Studio Projects C1 condenser microphone and a Tascam US-122L pre-amp with my adobe audition 2.0 software.

Additional Skills

I have some sales experience - conveying information in a clear and pleasant manner. In addition, I have some school teaching experience. All this experience helps me hone my voice over artist skills and makes me qualified for a variety of voice over work.
