My Voice Experience
Currently, two commercials running 25 times/week on WDKB B95 (94.9 FM) feature my work as a Voice Talent.
As a volunteer at Northern Illinois Radio Information Service (NIRIS), I can be heard reading various articles from local newspapers on a weekly basis. NIRIS is a radio station for the visually impaired, transmits on a sub-carrier frequency and is picked up by a special receiver.
I am a graduate of Voices for All's Master Class Chicago 2009.
My Training
Background:
With almost 25 years in the Electrical Industry and Project Engineering Field, I am familiar with the vocabulary and pronunciation of technical terminology and vernacular. My degrees include: Bachelor of Science in Physics, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Masters of Business Administration. This experience is invaluable in educational, scientific, or work-related documentaries, seminars, training, etc.
A graduate of Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking and Human Relations, I have over 25 years experience standing in front of a group of people and holding their attention. In addition, in August 2007, I began taking singing/voice lessons. At the Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center, in Rockford, IL on October 28, 2007, I performed in Sheila Vayenas Songs Worth Singing. My solos included: Hello Young Lovers, Some One to Watch Over Me, The Shadow of Your Smile, and Smile.
As a graduate of Voices for All's Master Class Chicago 2009, and with constant practice, I am quite comfortable with all aspects of voice-over recording.
Please to listen to my commercial and narrative voice demos. I can easily take direction either in your studio or in my Pro Tools equipped home studio. We can collaborate in real time via phone patch.
Whether commercial work or narration, I bring the same level of professionalism and attention to every aspect of your project. Your complete satisfaction is my goal.
