My celebrity voices include Sean Connery, Jack Nicholson, Marlon Brando, ALF, Dr. Ruth, Forrest Gump, Elvis Presley, Miss Piggy, Yoda, Fozzy Bear, Micey Mouse, Goofy, Beavis & Butthead and Curly Howard.
Then add in dogs of all sizes, cats in a variety of moods, elk in heat, a werewolf, a vampire bat, Cheech & Chong and a variety of generic slackers, stoners and wannabes.
And if that's not enough, there's my barnyard resume: cow, horse, hog, sheep, chicken, turkey and rabbit.

My Voice Experience

There once was a trained monky whose parents passed him off as human in order to claim the Child Tax Credit. He socialized well with humans but found Show & Tell to be too limiting so he took to the theatre stage. After dozens of shows and characters ranging from British Farce to West Side Story, the monkey made the leap to improv and stand-up comedy.
For five years the monkey was the recorded phone greeting for the world-famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and it's many departments but was eventually replaced by an impersonal, considerably more expensive computer. Such is life.
From one-nighters on the prairies to the polished stage of Yuk Yuk's, this former teacher is hard at it, using his voice to entertain the masses.

My Training

Although this missing link has no specific voice-over training, he has had voice training for the stage as a character actor & singer through private instruction, the University of Western Ontario and La Groupe de la Place Royale of Ottawa. His certificate in journalism is from I.C.S and his stage experience includes producing, acting, singing, dancing and sound production for an award-winning community theatre company.

To balance his vocal endeavours, this hairless little monkey is also a painter, screenwriter, novelist and widely-published photographer. What he lacks in humility he more than makes up for with his off-beat, twisted sense of humour, which has been quite necessary for a tree-climber who has been a bartender, lifeguard, grade three teacher, prjectionist, accountant, paparazzi, flooring installer and burger flipper, though not in that order, fortunately.
Tim has also just published his first book entitled "Stand Up & Succeed: A Guide to Everyday Success in Life based on the Cardinal Rules of Stand-Up Comedy".
