My Voice Experience
My first voice over job was doing the morning announcements every Thursday morning my senior year at Whippany Park High School. A couple years later I was asked to do the recording for an advertisement that was in a Babies "R" Us department store in East Hanover, NJ. The manager said she liked my voice and I was very happy to do it. At Rowan University while I was in a TV Production class I was chosen to Produce a student talk show. Not only did I do the voiceover for the intro portion of the show but I was on of the hosts as well. At the moment I am working for an invention company. For their next informercial I will be doing the voiceover for the Body Shape Blox.
My Training
In High School I was always an entertainer, I was in musicals and drama. I was also in the Madrigal Choir that sang at Carnegie Hall in 2005. I went to County College of Morris for two years where I received an Associates Degree in Drama. I took many drama-type classes including Voice for the Actor where I learned how to properly annunciate and properly prepare vocally for a show. I recently took a Voice Over workshop at County College of Morris with Dave MacKenzie from "Voices For All."
My Studio Equipment
The equipment I currently own is a Rode shotgun microphone.
Additional Skills
Lastly, (and arguably the most important part) I'm very easy to work with and when it comes to helping doing voice over work or any kind of production work I always have a positive attitude because I enjoy what I do, I just want to do more of it!
