Voice Description

Tim has a voice which can be used in a multitude of differing fashions. As an actor of many years standing he is able to convey varying moods and emotions for any situation required. His voice is one which is able to establish trust, honesty and reliability. A voice which is believable, and yet can be totally 'over the top' when required.

My Voice Experience

His experience in radio (2RPH) over the past seven years has given his voice a new dimension and quality, fitting of any professional narrator or voice-over artist. He had his own half hour pre-recorded program of Consumer Hints based on the Australian Consumers Association magazine 'Choice'.
He also panelled and produced News programs for the same radio station, with regular bi-weekly segments.
He also regularly recorded numerous promos for the same radio station

My Training

As a child he was always at the forefront of any controvertial behaviour but could always talk his way out, so never got into a fight, but did come very close!! When it came to languages the accent was always superb, better than the grammar, so he has developed this to a grab-bag of European, American and regional English accents. His french is not fluent but he coulld easily be mistaken for a native Parisian.
This skill brought him to the stage where he has been cast as the russian 'Uncle Vania', multiple nationalities in the one production of 'the Anastasia File'(German, American, Russian, English). French in 'Picasso at the Lapin Agile. Irish in 'Da' and the list goes on
He has won numerous awards in Toastmaster and is invited to other clubs to speak of his theatrical experiences.
Most recently he has attended courses with Andrew Carlton from Outtathebox and Voice-over technique with AFTRS ( Australian Film, Television and Radio School )
