Voice Description

English is native language but can read some spanish and with practice french and german.
Warm deep Male vocal, professional, business presentations, narrations and readings. Dialects only in English. Some dialects,mainly midwestern but can do some southern and country intonations.
I have done some comedy and children's reading and can change inflections to be different characters while reading. Able to manipulate voice to fit different ages.

My Voice Experience

I have read to my own children as they grew up and used different vocal inflections for different characters.
I am Japanese by heredity and can do some asian accents, but for the most part I have a mid western accent.
I speak only english but I can do some dialects.
As a teacher; I have given many speeches at a number of funcitions for the different organizations. I have also spoke to many smaller groups on very serious topics including the following:
American Red Cross -stroke prevention, cpr, blood donations. National Education Association Local, state and national meetings as a lecturer and presenter. State Boards of Educations, local districts and states groups.
I am also a reservist with USAF and have been deployed many times in support of different operations. Most recently I have been to both Afghanstan and Iraqi and Saudi and have had television interviews by our local new channel about my experiences. I have also had a more recent piece through the USAF Reserve Head Quarters Command's Combat Camera working with the Nashville FEMA teaching about what I and my troops do as an aeromedical technician on military aircraft.

My Training

I started in my grade school church choir and stayed all through high school and continued in high school with plays and muscicals. In grade school and high school I did work some summers at a boy scout camp and acted out a part as a singing indian for thursday night ceremonies at Camp May at the Beaumont Scout Reservation every thursday for 3 summers and later for a summer at Camp Gamble at S bar F Scout Ranch in Farmington Missouri. I got more involved with summer theater projects at a local summer high school program at St. Louis University. I have studied vocal performance at Fontbonne University and did a small college musical production at University of Missouri in Columbia. I continue to sing in my family and with some friends from time to time. I have done a number of presentations recently for National Education Association and for the USAF Combat Camera 4th USAF R group working with FEMA.

Additional Skills

I am a teacher of science and AHA CPR for over 25 years. I have also taught for ARC in their CPR program for over 20 years and had been a member of the ARC speaker's group for over 5 years. I have worked on projects for my teacher training, Teacher's academy and for my student's work. I am starting a science video project for instructing lessons when I am not here. I am a volunteer lobbyist for many years, representing the interests of teachers, education support personnel and students. And I have had to take on local and state politicains some times in heated debates about education and education reforms and funding issues.
