I was selected to be the Voice on BT's IVR system, and continue to be contacted to carry out alterations as they require them.

I also have carried out presentations to groups of 20 or more, and have a keen manner to try and ensure their attention is maintained by ensuring frequency variation, and emphasis on power words.

I have compared a Cricket Club's 6-a-side tournament, ensuring the players' and crowd's interest, entertainment and enjoyment is sustained over the 6 hours of this event.
