Voice Description

My natural voice is deep, soothing, and female. I use it all day long in my appointments with clients. I can easily convey fun and playful, serious and authoritative, soothing and mellow, loving and nurturing, or angry and accusatory.

I love singing and can best perform deeper female voices such as Doris Day, Linda Ronstadt, and Keeley Smith, as well as male singers like Sinatra.

My Voice Experience

Currently, a Chicago-based clinical psychologist has enlisted me to do the voice overs for a video project. The video is instructional and inspirational in function, and will be watched by recently released prisoners who are in training to put their lives back together on the straight-and-narrow.

In 2007, one of my live presentations was recorded for retail sale to fitness industry professionals. The video not only shows me speaking to the live audience, but also contains my voice over during portions when Powerpoint slides are being shown while I am explaining them. THe name of my presentation was "Intuitive Eating Coaching: Empowering Clients To Trust Themselves."

In 1999, I starred in a fitness video entitled "Nothing But Legs." In addition to recording me instructing the viewer on how to use various lower body strength equipment, the video also contains many segments in which my voice over is used when video or words appear on the screen.

I have been and continue to be recorded over the telephone, presenting to other fitness professionals on various subjects. These recordings are available for them to listen to by downloading the audio files from the Members Only section of the Fitness By Phone web site.
