Multi-talented performer with extensive experience as a vocalist, musician, composer and producer.

Thulani's abilities have been molded from a unique blend of international experiences. Her energetic vocal style is deeply influenced by an appreciation for the R&B, Rock and Funk classics, broad exposure to the international sound stage and the ability to communicate strong messages to today's audiences. She is an accomplished percussionist who uses her skills to provide a traditional African flair. This influence, pulsating rhythms that convey a message, is the core of Thulani's music. She believes that people need to understand their heritage to prepare for the future. Consequently, her preparation includes extensive travel within Central and West Africa to refine her skills and explore the synergy created from blending musical styles.

Thulani has longed recognized that true success is only achieved when talent is supplemented with hard work. Her formal training, which began at an early age, has been enhanced with international seasoning.

In addition to her African studies, Thulani gained valuable experience while performing for audiences in Paris, Berlin and Holland. Her sounds combine this background with the music of prominent Funk, Rock and R&B artists such as Baby Jean Kennedy from Mother’s Finest and Chaka Khan, which she is quick to acknowledge.

Thulani frequently blends these musical elements with strong lyrics that both invigorates and challenges listeners. Her goal is to provide musical entertainment with the substance to positively influence audiences.

Her musical expertise also extends into the role of producer and other management functions within the music industry. Thulani has acquired the insights necessary to know "what works" and to identify the elements required to take a track "over the top".
