My Voice Experience
For the past three years I have served Littlerock high school (Littlerock, Ca) as a live football and basketball announcer, as well as recording telephone greetings, and delivering announcements over the PA system.
I have also served as a camp fire leader, telling stories and singing (I play the ukulele) for Big Rock Creek Camp (Valyermo, Ca) for the last year.
My Training
I have not received much training beyond a storytelling class and voice/choir classes in college. Mostly my talent has been developed by doing, by grabbing the microphone and giving it my all.
My Studio Equipment
I have a simple set up of a USB condenser microphone and Audacity audio recording/editing software.
I have access to more robust and profession studios, should I need them.
Additional Skills
I'm a responsible person dedicated to producing the best product I can. I have been using my voice for entertainment for years, but finally have heeded the oft repeated suggestion to use my talents professionally.
I have the ability to work from a script, write scripts, but also perform impromptu. I competed on a forensics team in college, winning many awards, including a bronze award in the impromptu competition at Phi Rho Pi Nationals.
I speak and read Spanish with a good, nonspecific accent.
