Voice Description

My voice is very flexible. I'm able to control my voice in many styles: sultry, pure tone, excited, young, deeper and warmer for narrations, fun and professional. I have soft transitions between words and my pronunciation of words starting with P's and S's are very controlled.

I'm able to easily manipulate my voice inflection appropriately to convey an overall idea or theme.

I have the abilty to take on some accents-- in my regular speech, I do not have any detectible accent however, I'm able to adopt a southern or latin accent when needed.

My Voice Experience

I've recorded more than 25 radio spots for various companies in Red Wing, Minnesota for seasonal advertisements for photography studios.

I've had the opportunity to record an audio narration for the book "How Do You Know He's Real" by Amy Hammond Hagberg. Final product is still being packaged.

Additional Skills

My voice is very flexible and can take on many moods. I have a very "everyday comfortable voice" people can relate to easily. It's pleasant on the ears. I am believable in my delivery and possess very clear, concise pronunciation and diction.

I am easy to work with and take direction well. I tend to be a very creative person as well as a perfectionist-- quality is of the utmost importance to me.

I maintain a home studio with a professional MXL990 Condenssor mic and a Lexicon Audio Interface for all digital capture. I use Cuebase for the production of final sound bites. I can produce or provide you with raw audio-- to be determined by the project.
