My Voice Experience

I had to strictly stick to several scripts when working as a mall-interceptor doing market research, but I learnd to vary my tone of voice depending upon whether I approached a man or a woman and their age. This helped greatly in influencing them to stop and listen to me and to take the survey.

My Training

I have been a taxi dispatcher, where I had to calmly direct a fleet all over Silicon Valley. Some of my drivers didn't understand English perfectly, so I had to use Spanish and patience.
