Voice Description

I'm a 42 year old voice, which I can range from mid to late 20's through to late 50's early 60's. Australian accent naturally, but can easily move to English/British, as well as various accents (with various levels of proficiency) and neutral. Naturally warmer sound, but we work with a lot of hard retail down here as well! I love experimenting with characters, and do a lot of character work in my home town of Adelaide.

My Voice Experience

I did my first v/o 24 years ago at the ripe old age of 18. I've been an actor/standup comic/TV presenter/MC and pretty well everything in between, but mostly I've been in TV/Radio advertising over the last couple of decades. I'm one of the most prolific voice overs artists in Adelaide, and my voice can be heard across Australia in various campaigns.

My Training

I first studied voice acting while I was studying acting, in a small, but influential theatre company (my voice coach was later Director of the WA Academy Of The Arts). Over the years though it's mostly been practice and on the job training. I spent 3 years on TV in a sketch show which gave me the opportunity to practice different styles.
