Voice Description

I am capable of multiple voice ranges. While many women say my normal intonation tends to be rather sexy, I am capable of creating voices that are fun, serious, professional, and in some cases even with accents. This is true of a local Chicago sound as well as a general UK English accent, Indian (India) or Pakistani, and even Mexican sound cultivated while growing up in southern Arizona.

My Voice Experience

While I have no true professional resume material, in past jobs I have taken the initiative to record on-hold messages and record messages to be broadcast over company speaker systems. Most of this was done in my days at Grainger, the industrial wholesaler. As facility manager, it was my perogative to do so. I did these over multiple facilities I managed over the course of ten (10) years. I have also done some freelance work to help people in certain situations.

My Training

I have an undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism, obtained from the University of Arizona in 1989. Most of my initial work comes from this training over the course of four (4) years. Any additional work comes primarily from the freelance work I have done as well as day-to-day practice around the house or in the car, for example.
