Voice Description

I have done countless commercials for radio and some for TV. Everything from cars, bars, rodeo's and races to florists and funeral homes. I've also done long format voice work for sales power point presentations for industrial machinery sales, and documentary dialog for industrial videos. I have also done work for Plato Inc. which produces interactive educational programs for schools in science and chemistry.

I can do most any dialect in the U.S. (3-4 southern, Minnesota/Dakota, Eastern)...English accents are fun too!

My Voice Experience

I've been in the broadcast/voice business for over 16 years. Started in '89 in radio. Got a real bug for doing voice work as an intern with a killer production director in the Sacramento, Ca. area who really emphasized the use of words and inflection to convey the message.

USE THE MIC... gotta know how to use your voice in the microphone, like you're talking to your best friend and want to really convey your message

My Training

I learned voice over by just doing. Interning with a great Production Director was key for me and just being an "observer" of voice. I sing with choir too, helps with tone.

I have been using my voice to earn a living for 16 years. I've been on-air the whole time and for 5 years was Production Director for 4 stations and had to do a lot of production and voice work for my own stations. I've been able to do lots of public appearances...annoucing for a race track for the last 9 years, county fair work and M.C. various events like beauty pagents, concerts, etc...
