My Voice Experience

Terri Z Buckley developed a career as a professional storyteller over 20 years ago. She has a keen ear for voice inflections and accents, as well as an uncanny ability to mimic them. Her quick wit and creativity will breath vital life into your projects. These qualities have made her the narrator for stage productions, the headlining act at The San diego Children's Book Festival, storyteller for the grand opening of Sau's Restaurant and the inception of The San Diego Children's Museum. She has also performed as a singer in local venues such as The Coyote Bar, Carlsbad and The Belly Up Tavern, Solana Beach. So you may want to take advantage of her singing abilities, as well, either as a mimic or original style. She has also been the winner of countless, unofficial answering machine contests, in the categories of originality and voice transformation for outgoing messages.

My Training

The baby of six has to work hard for attention, so you might say Terri has been training, through improvisational acting, all her life. Ms Buckley has given workshops for educators and parents in using their voices more effectively. Aside from a degree in early childhood development, her college electives focused on psychology and public speaking. Most recently, Terri has studied Voice-over acting, attending classes at Mira Costa College in Vista, CA.
