My Voice Experience

I have been in the customer service industry for 25 years. During that time I have done voice-overs for telephone answering services for a few different companies. My customers often think they are hearing a recording when calling in. In fact, it was one of my customers that suggested I need to get out of "Corporate America" and follow my true calling.

My Training

I am a fast learner, but have not had any formal training. Being in the customer service industry has allowed me to respond to all kinds of personalities in a fun, upbeat manner.
