I have been a major market jock, network radio anchor and internationally seen TV anchor. My voice tends to be youthful but authoritative. I have no regionalisms but can effect a variety of accents and dialects including American Southern, Indian, and Spanish.

I am a voice over talent who reads copy with a smooth, professional sound tailored to the content.

I can also do fun voices and character voices if asked. I am willing to try anything... just ask. I'll do a bunch of samples, pick one you like.

My Voice Experience

Remember Crazy Eddie? I did the first spots in the NY area when he was exclusive to WPIX.

I have done national voice overs for Pontiac, Schlitz, and countless other radio and TV spots.

As a jock in NYC, I produced and voiced countless commercials for clubs and record stores.

I have done innumerable industrials, instructional recordings and other voice over jobs.

I am medically trained and a licensed teacher and have done a variety of educational and instructional tracks for drug companies. Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson are the most recent.

I've been heard daily, coast to coast on the Westwood One Radio Network doing business news and features. Stations include WCBS in New York.

My Training

I have a BA and MS in Speech Education. I have been in broadcasting for 39 years. I was a jock in NYC for 7 years at WPIX and have done news at WABC, WPLJ and WNSR in New York City.

I was a network anchor at ABC radio for 8 years and on-camera anchor at CNBC for 17-1/2 years. For two years I was a syndicated anchor for CNBC Business Radio distributed by Westwood One.

I am currently a free lance on-camera anchor at Cablevision’s News12 Long Island and do free lance reporting and anchoring for Business Week TV.

At CNBC I was chosen to be the voice for promos and other commercial and non commercial projects.

I have done extensive media training and coaching.

My Studio Equipment

Behringer 820 Mixer, EV RE-20 Mic, Cool Edit, Adobe Audition, etc. Accoustic tiling, dead studio walls.

Additional Skills

I am a superior writer and editor and can proof read and check copy. Though I will read what is given to me, as an English and Speech teacher, I am happy to offer advice and suggestions regarding pacing, flow, grammar and usage.
