My Voice Experience

I own and operate a recording studio. I am a certified audio engineer as well as a seasoned musician. I have recorded thousands of songs in every genre, several skits, movie overdubs and I constantly create characters with voices to entertain people of all ages. I have also done narration work for self-help audio projects in the past.

My Training

I have worked in the recording business for over 20 years, mostly independently, but recording a variety of bands. I became a certified audio engineer after graduating from The Sheffield Institute For The Recording Arts in 2006. I studied Voice and Music Theory at Johns Hopkins Peabody Prepratory in 1993. I majored in Speech and Liberal Arts in High School. I have also worked in the Telecom business for the past 10 years, mainly focusing on data transmission. I constantly create and produce characters and impressions of characters to entertain people of all ages.

Additional Skills

I have always had a knack for sound in general. Since I was a child I have mimicked sounds, voices, music, noise, etc. I pursued a career in music and recording and continued to entertain my friends with character voices all the time. My wife has always told me I should do something with my creativity in the field of voiceover recording. My toddler daughter practically begs me to do different voices which light up her face each time.
