Voice Description

I can do many types of voices and some accents. I have done radio commercials for everything from fine dining restaurants to demolition derbys. As an actor I have done videogame voiceovers. I have also been a radio morning drive host and can do comedic as well as dramatic characters.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can do accents and characters such as Hillbilly, British, Australian, Urban, Canadian, Surfer Dude, Caveman, Old Man, and others. I can do a few impressions and a particularly good George Takei. My style can be that of a big announcer, relaxed and conversational, or anywhere in between.

My Voice Experience

I have worked in broadcast radio and done commercials as well as live shows. I also have written and voiced promotional spots for Coast-To-Coast AM with Art Bell which were syndicated nationally. I have much live theater experience which has taught me to do many characters.

My Training

I have worked as a professional broadcaster since I graduated high school. I have also done dozens of theatrical productions including dinner theater and murder mysteries.

My Studio Equipment

In my home I have a Heil PR-25 microphone running through a Shure mixer into a professional sound card which is adequate for most jobs. At work I have unlimited access to studios which use EV RE-20 mics, various mic processors, harmonizers, broadcast consoles, and other equipment including ISDN delivery.
