My Training
Eight years personal training with Louise Gilbert, former opera singer herself who was brought to Los Angeles with the discovery of Kathryn Grayson by MGM. I was the youngest male student she ever took on at my age of eighteen. Louise Gilbert was closely associated with actress/singer Betty Garrett, Bandleader Lawrence Welk and all of his program singers and had the final say about the Lennon Sisters being introduced on the Welk Show.
