I worked with the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club for ten years and was always told I had a nice, pleasant voice that was great for customer service. I worked closely with assisting baseball operations relocate fans to new seating arrangements due to some type of conflict with their tickets. I was the first point of contact disgruntled customers would have over the phone or in person. I would announce ticketing issues or procedures over the ticket operations speaker to get the attention of anxiously waiting fans and guests.
