My Voice Experience
For sound clips, bio, photos, etc.,
Tanya Witt began entertaining at the age of three. Following in the footsteps of her grandparents and father, she loved an audience! As a young teen, Tanya founded and managed "Tanya And Company"; her own four-person entertainment troupe. Her shows included original costumes, choreography, and music. The troupe entertained together for four years.
During high school, Tanya landed her first live radio job. This led to singing jingles and demoing original songs for two Midwest recording studios for the next few years.
In December of 2002, Tanya auditioned for and won a spot in a 20-person choir that backed up Ray Charles in his "Gospel According To Ray Charles" concert. The show was
taped and was released on pay-per-view and DVD in December of 2003.
My Training
Tanya was accepted into the Music Business program at the prestigious Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. While attending college, she performed at legendary venues such
as The Nashville Palace, Tootsies, Barbara's, Texas Troubadore Theater, and Lonnie's Western Connection
