My Voice Experience

My voice experience... I have been lead to believe that my voice will open a new door to my career life. I have been working as a administrative assistant welcoming people to join programs, refinance, and to buy homes. Once a lead/sale is forwarded, the consumer is always looking for me. They remember speaking with me and enjoyed my voice. I know it is not only the sound but the many tones I can use. I comfort people of all kinds in a way to make them feel comfortable to sell their home. Now that is good. Currently, my voice is on many colleagues' voicemails and my company's. Once, when I read out loud, my teacher said I reminded him of his english teacher he had a crush on. And even when meeting dates and speaking to them on the phone. A compliment is always given on my voice. I now take a look back and compare it to today...I can say my best feature about myself is "My Voice."

My Training

I have attended many administrative assistant seminars that teach you phone etiquette. In my opinion it is common sense when you are in a professional atmosphere.
I have also received plenty of feedback from supervisors that coached me.

Currently, I am a office coordinator that receive calls daily from homeowners that like to sale their home. I make calls to attorneys, title companies, and realtors. This is a fast paced industry with no time to be cute. But I find time to make an good impression with my first impression, which is by phone.
