My Voice Experience

From 2000 until the present I've been doing voice overs for a local non-profit organization that I currently work for. They have weekly commercial type announcements that are broadcast for hundreds of people. In this type of work, I use a proper "teacher-like" voice with proper diction and animation where necessary.

In addition, they have weekly meetings where I read books from various versions. Because of the story like nature of these readings, I get a chance to use a southern dialect and a lot of acting to make the stories interesting and exciting.

My voice keeps them "awake" (LOL) and begging for more!

My Training

My husband is the president and CEO of Act 2 Productions. A production company that produces stage plays and promotes positive entertainment. Much of my experience stems from working and listening to scripts, plays, and theatrical performances.
