My Voice Experience

Primarily he's been working with nascar doing driver voices for various related cartoons/games. His most prominent voice is "Mario Motorwell," the announcer of Nascar's game.s He's also worked with Apple as well as WizKids. Awwab received a starring role (2006) Marvel Comics Animated DVD but turned down the role to pursue other avenues. He's been working extensively with Konami, most recently as two of the main cast in the upcoming PSP game "Brooktown High," voicing characters Fisher and Hilton. He is the voice of Jar Jar Binx, Yoda, Luke Skywalker, and many more familiar Star Wars characters. Also serving as the voices for many of the popular Smerfs, the voice of Comcast, Old Mutual, Dr. Pepper, and many other international brands, Awwab's extensive resume proves his wide range of abilities.

My Training

Acted at the Repertory Theater for 4 years. After that, he attended the University of CA Berkeley where he studied theater and film. He's taken classes with nationally known Deborah Sussell in speech and vocal communications, as well as Terry McGovern, the world-famous voice actor.

Additional Skills

Is able to perform any accent and read in any language. As long as he has the words in advance, and can hear a version of the words being said in that language, he is able to copy it without sounding like a foreigner. He speaks English, Arabic, French, and Urdu fluently. He is currently studying Japanese and German.
