I have done professional greetings for coorporations My experience is very funny , When i moved to the united states I was rather shy about talking, Having an accent always seemed to stir up a comotion with the people I came in contact with.I tended to be quite intrverted and seemed not confident.The reaction I encountered would be suprise,curiosity and intrigue. Too my suprise I was promoted to a job that entailed alot of elepphone contact with providers and members of the public, too my dismay they were agrevaited and stressed, I managed to potray a cool, reseptive,professional and patient demenor and the reaction I got was very positive.The curiosity was still there but the resolution spoke volumes. The reaction created a tricle down effect and soon enough I was recording voicegreetings for the department, company and have been involved in training videos etc.I would like the opportunity to expand and pursue this on a professional level.
