I have always been fascinated by how different people sound. From an early age
I liked to pretend and take on the persona of
someone else. That is why I became enamored with Shakespearean characters,
their infinite variety. While other people enjoy video games and crossword puzzles I
enjoy voices and playing with accents and vocal range; from the sexy siren to the warrior queen. I guess I just love every aspect of the spoken word.

My Voice Experience

I have a running radio commercial for a
real estate company called Home Selling Team,I also do all their voicemail greetings,
on hold messages and updated information.
I have done children's book readings including performing as the narrator in The
Red Ballon off Broadway. I've done a lot of
Shakespearen monologues for Renaissance
fairs. I did quite a few industrials for hotels
like the Thousand Cranes and Halikulane.
I recorded the English greeting and closing
message for the Yaohan dept store in L.A.

My Training

I graduated from the University of Conn.
Dramatic Arts program. Although that was my only formal training I learned very early that with all the people out their my voice would get me places my type couldn't. So I continued my study of different people and their unique voices.

Additional Skills

As I mentioned I am constantly listening to people and studying their voices and adding
different characters to my repertoire. I have
traveled extensively and love to engage the
people of different cultures and study their
vocal qualities. I frequently volunteer at libraries and do readings for special occasions and children's hours.
