My Voice Experience

I am a Spa Receptionist and I have recorded our voice message when client can't reach us. I have been told that it sounds as though we hired a voice over artist to record it and I have been asked to remain the voice of the spa for our radio commercials.

I believe the way a person speaks is how they are judged. It actually surprises folks that I do not have any form of training, I am a dictionary reader, and strive on speaking intelligently.
