American regional accents--many types; British Isles including Ireland, Scotland, Wales, upper, middle and lower class, regional dialects; French; Spanish/Mexican/Puerto Rican; Middle Eastern including Egypt, Israel, Lebanese, etc.; Asian including Chinese, Japanese and Korean; Eastern European including Russian; just ask! I can learn an accent in a very short time for a client's project.

My Voice Experience

You can find my voice on Audible if you look up "Freshwater Seas," the company that publishes public domain works presented by me and my business partner, Robert Bethune and a varying cast of folks. I've done recording to accompany video for company websites, recording for testing services, recording of accents for linguistics departments and similar services. I'm ready and willing to tackle interesting projects of all types.

My Training

BA degree from the University of Michigan in Speech and Theatre; Coaching/training from Such a Voice; twenty plus years of current theatrical experience with community theaters; some film experience with student films for the University of Michigan and local independent filmmakers; ongoing recording of audiobooks for Freshwater Seas that appear on Audible.com. I am an experienced researcher and always take the time and effort necessary to insure that my pronunciations are correct.

My Studio Equipment

I use Studio One with Audio Technica mike and a PreSonus Audiobox USB. I have editing capability within Studio One that will permit me to provide a client with a smooth final product. I also have some access to outside studios if necessary.
