Voice Description
I can achieve extremely high notes when I sing and talk as well as very low tones. I can sing jazz, blues, rock, bozza nova, Broadway musicals. I can project a very sexy voice and a very sweet and smooth voice. I have a great variation of tones which can be very low and harsh or very high and dramatic.
I have been an interpreter-translator for the Federal Court of Chicago and its circuit courts interpreting from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English all of the different legal terms that judges and lawyers use during their trials in a very clear professional voice which must
be understood by the judge and the sued parties.
I also interpreted in Germany for different companies interpreting from German to English or Spanish and vice versa.
I recorded English lessons for children here in Mexico
and I have also been an English teacher and administrative assistant for different companies around de world.
I love to work with my voice and I think I have achieved good results over the past years recording, interpreting, singing, teaching, etc. Actually, now that I am teaching English to a high level executive, he is recording all of the lessons and readings in order to learn how to pronounce the words very clearly.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can perform English with a German, French and Mexican accent.
I can perform Spanish with an American, German, French and Italian accent.
I can very clearly and professionally record scientific, financial, management, medical, literature, engineering,
marketing and many other fields and interpret them from one language to another that is English-Spansh-English.
The reason for my English knowledge is that my mother, who passed away last year, was American from Cincinnati, Ohio and had two college degrees as a psychologist and in English literature.
I learned German and French living and working in Germany for five years and living in France for almost one year.
I graduated from an American High School in Germany.
My Voice Experience
Since I can remember, I think one of my first thoughts
is of when I heard my mother singing beautiful opera songs reaching very high notes. I also began to sing children's songs like "Merry had a Little Lamb" and so on.
In 1966, I entered a children's TV contest here in Mexico City where I won the contest and I couldn't believe it.
In 1971, at the H.H. Arnold High School of Wiesbaden, Germany in the TV Production Course, we produced, acted and directed the play: "Hello, Out There" which was recorded, edited and performed by the class staff and I
performed the main female part.
Later on, in 1974, I came back to Mexico City where I began to take singing, acting and dancing lessons since I wanted to perform in musical comedies.
In 1975, at the American Theatre Workshop of Mexico City
the play "Of Thee I Sing" was set up and I won the part of Dianna Deveroux where I acted, sang and danced getting very good comments from the theatre critics.
In 1979, I gave a Jazz Concert singing songs from the most popular movies of the time such as: "As Time Goes By", "Summertime", "Evergreen", etc.
In 1979, I won the part of "Marilyn Monroe" of a theatre play called "Honestidad Desenfrenada" where I acted her suicide on stage and got very good comments from the critics.
Then, in 1980, I was chosen for the play of "Godspell"
where I sang and performed "I don't know how to love him"
and "Where are you going" songs.
The best performance I achieved was "Margaret" in the Opera Rock of "Fausto" where I did get many excellent critics from the main newspapers and magazines of Mexico.
I was also working as an interpreter-translator for a company called Inter-Host and I interpreted for the Nike-Domit joint venture press and TV conference.
In 1986, I was the interpreter-translator of German-Spanish-German at the arrival of Franz Beckenbauer of the German Football Soccer Federation on his arrival to Mexico City for the TV news broadcasting program
"24 Horas" which I have recorded in a VHS.
As an interpreter-translator, you must be able to pronounce very clearly and at an understandable pace
and have a profound knowledge of the languages you are
interpreting.
When you are recording, you must also pronounce very clearly and always at the same level of sound.
