Voice Description

I have a very pleasant, well educated voice.

I have recently been made redundant after working as a telephone sales consultant for the past six years. My voice was constantly commented on - often being compared to Joanna Lumley, Judy Dench and other famous people. My customers have told me they could listen to me talking 'all day'!!

This has given me the idea to contact you as I think I would be very good at this sort of work.

I can sound professional and business like, giggly, bubbly and fun. Stern and reprimanding when needs be. I would describe my voice as interesting as it is not at all monotonous but very varied.

I am also told it is very sensual.

My Voice Experience

I was widowed eight years ago and had to find myself a job to make ends meet. Having been out of the market place for many years I did not have the opportunity of keeping up with all the new technology that has now become routine in the office, especially in the world of PC's and internet.

I took a part time job in a fashionable small department store in the china and glass department. I was meeting different people from all walks of life constantly. After two years an opportunity arose for me to be a telephone sales consultant in a very busy call centre which involved talking to people all the time. I sold travel and pet insurance which was extremely interesting.

Our whole department has recently been made redundant and it is because of the many comments regarding my voice made to me constantly by my customers that has prompted me to apply for work with you.

My Training

I have to admit that I do not have any qualifications in this area.

My Studio Equipment

Similarly I do not have a studio or any knowledge about audio engineering equipment.

Additional Skills

I think my main quality is that I am a 'people's person' - in as much I truly enjoy the company and get on very well with other people whether they are children or old age pensioners.

I am always conscientious and diligent at whatever I do and very reliable.
