My Voice Experience

12 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LOS ANGELES MARKET

A native of Grand Blanc, Michigan, Steve Van Wormer came to Los Angeles after graduating from Michigan State University. With a background in sketch comedy performance and
writing, he furthered his acting chops by enrolling in The Groundlings School.

Steve has voiced numerous national radio and TV campaigns. 24 HOUR FITNESS, ROSS, PHILIPS, SOUTHERN COMFORT, and ORVILLE REDENBACHER are just a few of companies that have relied on his vocal talents.

He has also provided voices for top-selling video games, including X-Men 3: The Official Game, Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, Turok: Rebirth and Soul Calibur 3.

Steve recorded three seasons worth of episodes of Saban's, THE THREE FRIENDS & JERRY SHOW. He was the voice of the Narrator on the FOX FAMILY CHANNEL animated series.

You may have also heard Steve on the film promo front with spots for RACING STRIPES, ICE AGE, DODGEBALL, VAN WILDER & GROSSE POINT BLANK.

He was on the cutting edge of FOX's interstitial
programming, doing music and pop culture
commentary for SPIN ON FOX. Additionally, Steve recorded a number of spots for their On-Air promo department. ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, X-FILES, PARTY OF FIVE, FOX'S ROCKIN' SUNDAY, and THE BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS all have utilized Steve.
