Voice Description
My natural voice is deep and resonant, a "natural" radio voice. I can perform a variety of styles, from smooth and sexy (think "FM Jazz") to upbeat and zany (think Rick Dees or Dr. Johnny Fever) and almost anything in between. My only language is North American English, but I can perform a variety of dialects and accents including southern, western, New York, Irish, Scottish, British, and Italian. I have also done impressions such as Peter Falk, Wolfman Jack, Yogi Bear, Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre and others. If you need polished and professional, smooth, fun, wild, or any of a variety of characters, I'm sure you will be more than happy with my results.

My Voice Experience
I worked for over 3 years at KCLU Radio in Rolla, MO as an on-air personality. I was hired part-time, and within 2 weeks was working afternoon drive on the AM-Country station, and eventually was the FM-Adult Contemporary morning drive personality. I was responsible for over 50% of all production work, and was specifically requested by many local advertisers and account managers. While in Rolla, I was hired to do some voice-over work for the local television station, including station promos and commercials.
After leaving the station and moving to St. Louis, I was contacted by my former boss at KCLU, who was now working for Borgmeyer Advertising. She stated that she had some voice-over work for radio spots, and could not find anyone that could do what she knew I could do. This lead to several radio ads in the St. Louis area.
I was hired as a customer service representative at a local cable company shortly after moving to the St. Louis area, mainly for my voice, and was asked to produce the messages for the voice mail system and also produce messages for the automated dialing system while working there.
Most recently I have been running my own disk jockey business, have been master of ceremonies at various church functions, and have been the courtside announcer for basketball games at a private school in Wentzville, MO.
My Training
Natural talent got me started in voice work, and my training has all been on-the-job and through my own experience. I had mentors early on that taught me and gave me books to read. I have honed my skills throughout my years, and extending these skills to other areas such as customer service, telemarketing and sales, where a commanding, professional voice and excellent communication skills are a plus.
