Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Southern United States/Charleston to Southern working class, Northern United States/Brooklyn and some New England accents as well. British/ London proper and some Eastender too. French, Irish, Scottish, Chinese and Native American accents as well. I am grateful for all the friends and characters I have grown up with and known! I also enjoy doing funny voices and Characters, known and created.

My Voice Experience

I have worked on several commercial projects for CBS Radio's internet radio services. I was the voice over talent for the Best Diner commercial in Greensboro, NC which is still playng on CNN in Greensboro. In 2008 I began doing voice overs for movie trailers. In the early nineties I was the voice for WZLS, a Rock Station in the Southeast for a time.

My Training

My mother was an a accomplished stage and film actress who worked with the likes of Tennessee Williams, Andy Griffith, Burt Reynolds and Richard Dreyfus just to name a few. As a S.A.G member for most of her adult life, I and my brothers were privy to all the plays and films she was working on. In fact, I read lines with her growing up quite a bit. It was great fun... mostly. But, challenging to say the least. Being exposed to theater and film work albeit vicariously through my Mothers profession, has paved the way for me to do voice overs and theater and film work. Surrounded by all the creative talent during my childhood and teenage years has given me the experience, appreciation and respect for the craft...I truly enjoy it!
