I formally was a radio personality in 1969 (WSUX, Seaford, DE), but have since used my voice in many aspects of the workplace, holding meetings (at times with close to 100 people) and orientation classes. I also used my voice for youth football announcements for many years.
I attended the former Career Academy of Broadcasting in Washington, D.C. CAB was a nationwide school that produced many radio personalities currently on radio or TV throughout the country.
I currently am working as an Orientation trainer and in that week long period (every week), I am constantly speaking. Many have asked why I was not in radio broadcasting "with that voice"! I agree, I should be using "that voice" and so should you.
