My Voice Experience

Started in radio (didn't everyone?) and did news, top 40, oldies, beautiful music and classical music.
Went to TV (oh, the glamour) and did news, interviews and public television pledge drives. (Call now and the tote bag is yours as our token of appreciation.)
Been doing voiceovers since 1980. National radio commercials, PBS documentary narration, telephone recording, training videos, sales videos, and, well, you get the idea.

My Training

I was coached in college and learned through experience. Someone once said, with surprise, "you get paid that much for just 30 seconds of work?" I let them know it was 30 years and 30 seconds of work.

My Studio Equipment

I have easy access to studios in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. I am not an audio engineer (but can sound like one if you need me to) and leave those skills to professionals.

Additional Skills

During my broadcasting career, I have worked in New York, Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, and Nebraska. I have written thousands of scripts for programs, commercials, promos, and training projects. I know what goes into a good script and can give you a good read out of it.
